sendPACT was recently contacted by a planning manager from Haringey Council that is looking into improving the current transition to adulthood for SEND young adults.
There’s already some scheduled planing meetings starting in January and we’re looking for parents of young adults going through this process. Also, if there’s any SEND teens/young adults that would like to be in this transition panel and be involved in the process, that would be great.
